The Universal Sound Signaler from Sonic Alert is a stand alone sound signaler that will alert you to any important sound - such as the telephone, a baby cry, a fire alarm or even a kitchen timer. Plug any table lamp into the sound signaler, near the sound which you want to track, and the lamp will flash when the desired sound is detected. Sensitivity to the sound can be adjusted on the signaler so that it only picks up the sound which you want it to signal. The universal sound signaler will not work with a lamp with a flourescent bulb.
