Orders via our Web site from individual customers must be prepaid by MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express. Orders sent by mail can be prepaid by check or money order, as well. Checks should be made payable to "LS&S, LLC."
For our Institutional customers with established Net 30 terms, you can place orders on the website with a purchase order by logging into your web account. LS&S accepts purchase orders from schools, state and local agencies, doctors, and not for profits. To order via open account, you must submit a signed purchase order. If you do don't have an open account and desire one, please call Customer Service for a credit application. Please review our Open Account Terms and Conditions.
If you already have an open account and wish to order online, please contact your sales rep or Customer Service at 800-468-4789, and we'll set up your web account accordingly.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Standard ground shipments are sent by UPS & USPS to all 50 states.
Second-day, three day, or overnight delivery is available at an extra charge, depending on the weight of the shipment. Please call for pricing.
Additional shipping charges may apply to some items and are indicated next to their price. Add this surcharge to the regular S/H charges for the remainder of the order.
Please note: Purchaser is responsible for all extra delivery fees related to a incorrect shipping address that requires the reshipment of an order. These charges include carrier-imposed change fees, correction fees, and reshipping fees.

If any product does not satisfy your needs, it may be returned within 30 days. Special orders are not returnable. Before returning any item, call (800) 468-4789 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Refunds and credits are issued for the value of the merchandise, but not for the shipping and handling fee. To receive a full refund, items must be in resellable condition and in their original box with all instructions and warranties.

Unless otherwise indicated, LS&S warranties products for 30 days. After this period, the manufacturer's warranty applies and customers need to contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement of the item. Whenever possible, LS&S will assist the customer with contacting the manufacturer. Please note that warranties cover defects in workmanship and material. They do not cover breakage or damage to the product resulting from customer misuse.
LS&S collects 6.25% sales tax for merchandise sold in or shipped to the state of Illinois, 8.75% sales tax for merchandise & shipping charges sold in &/or shipped to the state of New York, and 7.50% sales tax for order billed or shipped to the state of California, and 6%-8.5% Florida state sales tax depending on location within Florida. For out of state resellers that request drop-ship delivery to an address in Illinois, New York, California, or Florida LS&S will add Illinois, New York, California, or Florida state sales tax to your order.
If your Illinois, New York, California, or Florida organization is exempt from sales taxes or your Illinois, New York, California, or Florida business resells products to third parties, please provide LS&S with a copy of your exemption or reseller certificate. You may fax it to the attention of your Sales Representative or our Customer Service Department at 877-498-1482
LS&S is not responsible for typographical errors, either on our website or in our catalogs. This includes the exact accuracy of any product images or specifications. While we strive to make sure that all product information is accurate and up to date, manufacturers occasionally make changes in products without notifying us. They also may discontinue a product with no advance notice to us.
LS&S works with customers all across the globe, including individuals and large institutional buyers. International orders ship FOB Origination, and international customers are responsible for any Import, Customs, or Duties which their countries may impose. All international orders must be pre-paid by wire transfer, Pay-Pal, or credit card, depending on the size of the order. Shipping charges will vary by order size and destination. LS&S can help arrange for a shipping quote ahead of time. Customers may also choose to use their own freight forwarder.
