LS&S has a 30-day money back guarantee policy. If you are not satisfied with your product, for whatever reason, you may return it for credit, refund, or exchange, less the value of the original shipping fee. In order to receive full credit, the item must be returned in resalable condition, in its original packaging, and with all attendant instructions, warranty cards, and accessories undamaged in any way. Any item returned without its original packaging is subject to a restocking fee up to 15%. We strongly urge you to purchase shipping insurance on returning products. Once the returned product is received, please allow for 5 business days for your return to be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Non-returnable items: Special orders are not returnable. Opened software is not returnable.
Due to state food, health, and safety laws, LS&S cannot accept returns on hygienic items used on the body, for food preparation, or for medicine preparation. This policy includes all thermometers, face shields, glucose meters, blood pressure meters, syringe holders, manicuring items, etc. This policy is strictly enforced. Please contact customer service at 800-468-4789 for more detail on this return restrictions.
