Apply this paint directly from its tube applicator onto almost anything, including paper, wood, cloth, and metal. The bright fluorescent, three dimensional raised markings create easily identifiable tactile symbols for visually impaired individuals. Paint dries in approximately two hours depending on the surface and thickness of marks.
