Magnification ranges from 2X – 32X, and 26 different color choices provide lots of different viewing options. Dual lens design enables both close up and distance viewing. Close up reading is good for bills and newspapers; distance lens is good for grocery shopping and street signs. Magnifier has both a pop out reading and writing stand, as well as a fold out handle for reading tasks on the go. Handle can be configured for either right or left handed use. A reading line is available to help the eye stay on a line of material. Image freeze frame can store 50-100 images using internal memory, but an external SD card slot can hold up to 32GB of pictures. Voice memo feature allows you to add a verbal note to that image. For ease of charging, this unit uses a newer style USB-C plug, which is reversible – meaning that it doesn’t matter in what direction it is inserted for charging.
