Filter shade number 40 - amber - provides infrared protection in addition to 100% ultraviolet protection. These sunglasses allow in 18% of visible light and they are an all-purpose filter color which heightens contrast and relieves glare. These also feature blue blocker protection. This filter has been recommended for people who are post-operative Cataract.
This standard fit-over style large frame may be worn over most prescription frames or worn alone. The entire body of these fit-over sunglasses are made out of this same filter color. It features side shields with temple lapped construction to keep out extraneous light and wind and it has curved temple pieces for a non-slip fit.
